KSFO's Rodgers: "[F]emale leadership of the Democratic Party" consists of "ugly skanks" who "hate" that "Sarah Palin's good-looking"

Summary: On his KSFO radio show, Lee Rodgers said that "the female leadership of the Democratic Party" is made up of "ugly skanks." He also stated: "Sarah Palin's good-looking and they hate that." He also declared: "I think we have to ask: Would you like Sarah Palin better if she got pregnant again and did have an abortion, because it's obvious, with a lot of liberal women, killing babies is the main priority they have."

I don't hate that Palin is good looking.  I will point out, though, that physical attractiveness seems to be her only positive attribute.  Her words and actions show her to be petty, venal, corrupt, ruthless, disloyal, small-minded, shallow, incurious, smug, arrogant, intellectually incurious, conceited, and dishonest.
All these qualities are highly prized by conservatives

Who says she's good looking?

On the MILF scale, she's a 3 out of a possible 10. I feel sorry for what's out there in the rest of the country, for people to be rating her as highly as they do. Yuuck.

Only a true hedonist would reduce a political fitness of a woman to a discussion of looks. I think that Palin  and mMichelle are both very attractive. I also think that Biden's wife, can't think of her name right now, is attractive.  Somehow, Cindy McCain always makes me sad to see her.  I guess my sorrow for her stems from McCain's terrible name calling towards her and she seems like the typical battered wife we represent (not sure there is any physical abuse but it is surely emotional abuse by the definition the Battered Wife Statute here in Arizona.  His C*** name calling could have gotten him immediately  charged with spousal abuse here in Arizona.  But I have found looks ahve very little to do with ability to meet high standards of responsibility.  No correlation whatsoever.

Sarah Palin is the Republican Hillary Clinton - a polarizing figure with a nails on the chalkboard voice.  (Not that I describe Senator Clinton that way myself - I'd havce GLADLY voted for her over McSame/Failin', though I've been a solid Obama man from the start.)  But the way the the right has decribed Hillary?  Shrill, Vengeful, Nagging, Petty, Ambitiuous to a fault... These things apply to Palin in spades.  The fact that she's a redneck to boot does not diminish these qualities.

Cindy McCain could have done a lot better that John.  (Maybe she's always been into older men?)  That being said, I have to admit she actually creeps me out a little.  Too much work done, too fake looking.  Kind of like the Stepford Wives in the remake.

Rich people crave power.  Powerful people crave riches.  Gramps and Cindy are a perfect match.

Maybe... but, to what extent has her family MADE him?

It seems they could have tapped anyone for the job.  And he wasn't nearly as powerful when they met.

Uh, Lee?? Based on that pic of you behind the micrfophone, you're no Greek god yerself.....

It's usually the most repulsive males of the species who take it upon themselves to rate women on the "how many drinks would it take" scale.  As if any of the women he regularly degrades would go within 50 feet of his sorry a@@. I think it's an evolution thing - he's just a throwback.

She is attractive, it has nothing to do with her inability to be VP.

Posted by jeter2

I think Hillary is great looking. But why is anybody even disscussing looks?

Posted by roundhouse in reply to jeter2

No doubt, J2. Amen.

Our economy is in ruins because the market fundamentalists have run rough shod all over Wall St. and Main St, and this Rogers person is concerned about beauty pageants?

Petty.

Posted by snoopy in reply to jeter2

Well Jeter, maybe he's just upset that democrats don't pay for style experts to make them look good...

Posted by MidnightWriter

Oh, this is rich.  This moron has all but admitted that Palin's looks are the only thing she's got going for her.

Posted by wookie

So she's attractive and she has lots of kids. Do conservative voters really need anything else?

Posted by carlileb5935 in reply to wookie

Hate.

SIMPSON: She's not glamorous, either. I mean, she is a really attractive, sexy, earthy, human kind of woman.

The kind of middle age woman he prefers when watching porn, no doubt, because he couldn't possibly be talking about a candidate for Vice-President of the United States like that. ;>)

They have a few other topics, but why true feminists are worthy of scorn is an oldy goldy in this world view. Bogus as Christy's femmnazi, still no media voice saying STFU to these little boys.

He's not a Christian, right?

What does this guy do?

I guess he's just some deranged wacko with a corporate microphone.  These conservative commentators breed like cockroaches.  You can almost see the feces dribbling down his chin.

You can hear it coming out of his mouth.....

He merely opines. That is his opinion. Not misinformation. If he really thinks that way, then that's the truth, like it or not. He's not a reporter or a journalist, he gives his opinion just like any other talk show host. We need to lighten up, he's not running a news show. And if we are in the habit of attacking opinions, then we'll have to start attacking Colbert, Olbermann and pretty much ANYONE who's job it is to give their opinion. We really have lost our intelligence in this country when we fail to differentiate between news and editorial.

Suggested Republican campaign slogan....

                       SARAH PALIN!

REAL WOMEN WANT TO BE HER. REAL MEN WANT TO DO HER.   ;>)

One does not have to be ugly to be a "skank".

Posted by IRONY 101 in reply to

Jeez, how much does it cost to get one of those Republican women...?  ;>)

Posted by DAWUSS in reply to IRONY 101

You mean they're all one of those...?

Posted by IRONY 101 in reply to DAWUSS

I dunno..they look expensive. Six figure talent... But, hey, their men are rich Republicans with lots of tax breaks.   ;>)

Posted by carlileb5935 in reply to DAWUSS

Like I said somewhere else, if you want to get fu*ked, vote republican.

Posted by worrierking in reply to

Touché, DAWUSS, Touché.

Now here is a test. How many Christmas trees can each side light up with the current going through heir brains?

I'm guessing the side with Bo Derek might need to have their batteries recharged.

But then again, I think that side also has Britney Spears, so I'm afraid Underwriters Laboratories might not be willing to certify the Republicans.

Ann Coulter?  I thought this poster was about good looking repug WOMEN.

Posted by ultrasanktpauli in reply to Marker

interesting that all those women on the top are 'doing nothing' but the women on the bottom all seem to be doing stuff.

odd

Posted by 1st Republic 14th Star in reply to

Jesus, is this what passes for constructive dialogue?

If you're really convinced that all Democratic women are physically unattractive, I suggest that you check out photos of Jennifer Granholm, Maria Cantwell, Mary Landrieu, Blanche Lincoln, and Stephanie Herseth.  If you want to compare female politicians only on the basis of their looks, well Democrats STILL kick the asses of their Republican counterparts.

Posted by eddy3957 reregistered in reply to

Physical attractiveness is a factor, but only one factor among many.  If you're going to put yourself up for an executive office, especially President, then looks will be at more of a premium.  But many people in politics are satisfied with their legislative or local offices and therefore they shouldn't be evaluated as potential Presidential timber.

For example, I was for Edwards first cause in part I thought he looked the part and that helps get votes.  I never even considered someone with policies more to my liking such as Kucinich (sp?) for that reason--height, etc.  Then I went to Sen. Clinton cause she was at least a real American (among other qualities). I want to win the election. Some of these things are just unfortunate facts of life one should take into consideration if winning is the goal, rather than just making a self indulgent point about how much more moral or good a person you are than the rest.

Republicans excel at the gut level stuff of politics.  They are not embarrassed by it.  This reminds me of a football coach's warning to the rest of the league through the media, "We can win dirty and we can win clean, it's up to them".  I take that view on politics---there's too much at stake to let a gangster party out politic us.

'Everyday' Foam Cups

As opposed to your good foam cups which you break out on special occasions...such as when your daughter brings home the father of her child to meet her parents.  ;>)
