And Bill O'Reilly looks like a stupid man.

Posted by Kyle_Broflovski in reply to wzwriter

If Bill thinks Michelle Obama is angrier than McAngry, then won't he want to vote for the Obamas instead?  I thought Bill and his viewers respect and appreciate anger more than those demoncRAT libtard commie homos!

Posted by ultrasanktpauli in reply to wzwriter

but is he angry?

Posted by Blueneck in reply to ultrasanktpauli

Here is O'Reilly staying calm and collected. Gotta love what the editor did with the clip. Could the anger Bill-O 'sees' be a projection? Nah!

Posted by princeofwheels in reply to wzwriter

But Billy knows angry women....just ask him about a former producer. Yes, Billy KNOWS and OWEs a bunch to an angry woman.

Posted by wolf kotenberg in reply to wzwriter

And obsessed.

Posted by Max Dharma in reply to wzwriter

He has more viewers than MSNBC, ABC, and CBS combined.

PS:

Posted by Governor in reply to Max Dharma

Oh, my!  She sure looks angry there!

Here's a nice photo of McCain looking "pensive":

http://www.mega.nu/mccain1.jpg

Posted by Max Dharma in reply to Governor

Yeah, wow. How would you like to wake up next to that! Yikes!

Looks like she is saying "Barry, you go get those kids for dinner, and CLEANUP that study!"

Posted by Governor in reply to Max Dharma

In truth, I don't think she looks angry in that photo.

Posted by Kyle_Broflovski in reply to Max Dharma

I agree, Max.

John & Cindy have servants to cook dinner and clean up the house, so what do they have to be angry about anyways?  John is cranky and grumpy, and Cindy is sleepy and drugged out, so how would they find the time anyways?

Posted by worrierking in reply to Max Dharma

Your linked photo is as meaningless.

It shows one human being at a moment in time, probably a fraction of one second, in which the person seems angry.

O'Reilly implies that she is angry a lot. That's like saying that Bill is brain dead. I've seen images of him where he does look clueless. So it must be true.

Posted by Governor in reply to worrierking

Agreed.  And it's racist.

But, sticking with the theme, how does McCain look here:

http://www.jewcy.com/files/images/mccain-whaaa.jpg

a.) Inquisitive.

b.) Presidential.

c.) Gobsmacked.

Posted by Max Dharma in reply to Governor

And it's racist.

You're going to have to explain that one.

Posted by Governor in reply to Max Dharma

The assertion that Michelle Obama "looks angry" is racist.

Posted by netsez00565 in reply to Governor

That's it!  Play that race card! LOL

Posted by Max Dharma in reply to Governor

because um... anger is a race?

still not getting it man.

Maybe you need to look up racist.

Hint: it has to do with one's race.

Posted by Governor in reply to Max Dharma

O'Reilly sees her as looking "angry" because she's black.

Posted by Max Dharma in reply to Governor

No, because she often has a pissed-off look on her face.

Condi Rice doesn’t look angry.

Colin Powell doesn’t look angry.

Quit making shite up. Racism is bad enough without people like you inventing new and clever ways to be racist.

I think what you actually mean to say: is “It’s a conservative criticizing a black woman, ergo, he’s a racist.”

Posted by Governor in reply to Max Dharma

Black people in this country understand that they've had a very, very tough go of it, and some of them can get past that, and some of them cannot. I don't think there's a black American who hasn't had a personal insult that they've had to deal with because of the color of their skin. I don't think there's one in the country. So you've got to accept that as being the truth. People deal with that stuff in a variety of ways. Some get bitter.

Posted by Governor in reply to Governor

And that's how Bill O sees it.  Period.

Posted by just3kev2mike19634 in reply to Max Dharma

no, you just don't know what racism is all about, yes that's racist, because that's what white america say all the time about blacks who speak their mind. It just shows that you are blind to the truth of race

Posted by catfish1968 in reply to Max Dharma

Hey Condi Condi!

Posted by Max Dharma in reply to worrierking

It shows one human being at a moment in time, probably a fraction of one second, in which the person seems angry.

Nothing escapes you.

Posted by Kyle_Broflovski in reply to Max Dharma

Max -

Why are you so angry?  Are you bitter about the economy?  Don't worry, you still have religion and guns to cling to.

Posted by Max Dharma in reply to Kyle_Broflovski

Haha! Thanks, I almost forgot that :)

PS. I'm not angry .. liberals just irritate me.

Posted by Easy to refute wingnuts in reply to Max Dharma

Cons are often irritated by their betters. It comes from lack of comprehension of what they say.

Interviewer:  But aren't you in a minority? I mean, looking at the opinion pollls, most Americans just don't agree with you. Bush is in the lead and it looks like he probably will be president again.

Tom Waits: Oh Jesus, don't say that! You know, I think between the the Democrats and the Republicans, I think the whole way they look at it, is that... Republicans say: "You take the high road, and we'll take the presidency."

Posted by paleocon in reply to worrierking

Anyone who saw anger is too stupid to vote.

That's a damned lie AND YOU KNOW IT.  He has around 2.1 millionn viewers a night.

Posted by Max Dharma in reply to achrispage6992

Correction:

According to Nielsen Media Research, The O'Reilly Factor averaged 2.3 million viewers each night for November 2007, with 474,000 viewers in the 25-54 demographic. According to Mediaweek, "The most contested hour of each weeknight continued to be a three-way race for second place," with The O'Reilly Factor finishing first in the timeslot.[10]

That was November 2007. Since then, O'Lielly has hemorrhaged viewers, and MSNBC has gained.

Senator Obama just did an interview with the guy, so he might.

Posted by neon desert in reply to Governor

I think even if Barack was wondering whether it was safe to go home after forgetting to send flowers on his anniversary, he wouldn't rely on Falafel Bill.  I wouldn't say Falafel Bill is an expert on what angry women look like.

Now if the discussion was about what angry women sound like on the phone, that would be a different story...

Posted by wesley in reply to tommy

tommy,

And further, what is the relevance to anything...whether she looks angry or not?

This fits right in with Boehlert's recent column on the clownish media and their credibility.

Posted by achrispage6992 in reply to tommy

I have to say that sometimes she looks hot, and sometimes not. All in all she is a fairly attractive woman. Great legs too. O'Reilly is struggling to make himself seem relevant to this election. He has boasted about having over 20 million watch his interview with Obama. What he failed to mention is that the same 4 1/2 million watched all five parts of the interview. So in O'Reilly's world that means 20 million distinct individuals tuned in to his interview. He says this stuff with a straight face. I say to hell with that old pervert. He don't sway nothing but his head as he eyeballs floozies while his wife is at home caring for his children. What a dispicable man!

A tale of two guests:

One guest spends "half a day" with Michelle Obama.

The verdict?   "Lovely... very bright... very thoughtful... impressive... intelligent... great."

The other guest presumably has not met Michelle Obama, BUT has seen her "appearances and speeches" and has "tracked her career and her resume."

The verdict?  "not warm and fuzzy... a stealth Hillary Clinton."

Posted by worrierking

If O'Reilly is so concerned with a candidates wife's facial expression, when are we going to put Cindy's expression under the microscope?

Michelle Obama's facial expressions have range. She has looked happy, concerned, loving, interested and at times, when she has to hear comments from a moron like O'Reilly, angry. She seems like a normal, human being.

Cindy just smiles. And smiles. And smiles.

And if I see Cindy or Sarah doing that impersonation of a seal clapping it's flippers one more time, I might just step in front of a train.

Posted by Kyle_Broflovski in reply to worrierking

Posted by donaldmaddog5642

Anyone can read this as "sexist" and I just don't care. I've never known a COMMITTED, CONNECTED, INTELLIGENT woman who was NOT angry. They have many reasons to BE angry. Even though Odysseus warned his son, Telemachus to "never go into battle angry," anger can be the catalyst for action. Anger is a passion and passion can be very dangerous when it overcomes reason. But without a passionate need for "truth, justice, and the American Way", there will be no action taken. The strange attitude of someone like Billy O'Smarmy, who is ALWAYS angry about everything he perceives as "liberal", is unfathomable because his anger is NEVER directed at a lack of truth or justice. His anger is directed at anyone with whom he disagrees without any rationale. Michelle does not, IMO, display "anger", but passion.

Posted by juliajayne in reply to donaldmaddog5642

Very well said, Donald. And I like YOUR passion, always have.

Mad Max, Are you a loyal bushie? Or just a Low Information Voter?

I understand this question to be a logical fallacy, e.g., “have you stopped beating your wife yet”; but I’ll answer it anyway (even though I highly doubt you care.)

Neither. I am an informed conservative which places many of us in frequent disagreement.

I am blindly loyal to no one.

Bush has made terrible economic decisions while in office and at the same time made tremendous progress in the war on terror. McCain has immigration policy ideas I could certainly do without, and Obama has a tax-the-rich mentality that I really believe to be counter productive in a free market economy.

OK, so you're a no-information voter.

Just so you know; refuting someone requires more than simple-minded one liners like OK, so you're a no-information voter.
