Wash. Post's Solomon blamed editor for deletion about GOP fundraiser
Summary: During a washingtonpost.com discussion, when John Solomon was asked why a recent article he co-wrote on fundraisers did not mention Alan B. Fabian -- Mitt Romney's recently indicted former national finance co-chairman -- he did not mention Fabian but claimed that the article included a passage on Robert Lichfield, another Romney fundraiser facing several lawsuits, but that "it was edited out," adding that this "sometimes happens ... to make room for late-breaking news."

Solomon is the same one who wrote more than one article about John Edwards' haircuts. He hates Democrats.
Kudos to this article by Bob Somerby that started it all.

Solomon has consistently written articles smearing Dems and helpful to Repubs.
Are we really supposed to take this excuse seriously? Can the WA Post really get away with this?

It sounds like nobody in politics pays attention to the rules anymore.

Oh yes, how imanigative. Rather than answering a specific, just post a link against Clinton's ethics.
Well, try this:
ink
Wow, that was easy!

Your point? In making reference to the possibility of major political players and their apparent disregard of the "rules", I chose to include an example. A perfect example, I might add. I thought it perfectly fitting, since most of those who visit this site consider the Clinton's to be "gods". My link was better than yours, by the way.

Really? This is your best response: my link is better than yours?

Solomon's goal is only to bash Democrats...
Like so many hard-core conservatives, he's a practiced liar. He's asked a question about Alan Fabian and he replies by talking about Robert Lichfield.
The Washington Post has gone downhill fast.

33-words out of 1,364 word article deleted due to space constraints?!?
It's nice of Solomon to show how unethical he is in his own words.

i sent an email to messrs. solomon & mosk, regarding this very item. in it, i noted the recent legal travails of both alan fabian, mitt romney's fund raiser, and thomas ravenel, rudi guliani's sc campaign chairman. i asked how, given their high profiles, they could possibly have been left out of the article.
i've yet to receive any kind of response.
go figure.
